STEP 2: Come On Over!
Upon arrival, you can either:
1) Come inside for pickup (and shop around too if you want)
or
2) Call us and provide your name, order number(s), and let us know which vehicle you are in, and we'll bring it out to you!
We all lead busy lives and life is hectic. We get it. And we don't want to add to your stress. So rest assured knowing that once you've placed your order, the fabric is yours, guaranteed, and we will happily hold onto your order until you pickup!
We will send an email notification when your order is ready. It is only after then we can guarantee your order will be ready for pickup when you arrive. Please see our Contactless Pickup Instructions to ensure your pickup goes smoothly.
Orders will be processed and fulfilled from our store in Abbotsford, BC within 1-3 business days. We will be processing orders in the order we receive them, no matter how big or small.

Every single purchase is important to us. Unfortunately, we can not prioritize fulfilling one order before another. We will be processing orders in the order we receive them, no matter how big or small.
If you would like to pick up all of your orders at once, please wait until you received emails stating each of your orders are ready for pickup. It is only after then we can guarantee all your orders will be ready for pickup when you arrive.
Yes, please let us know if you will be sending someone to pickup your order for you. They will need to provide the order# (see your confirmation email for order#) and customer name to pickup the order.

If you are unable to pickup your order from our store in the near future, please let us know. We will happily store your order for future pickup date at no addition charge.
