Just like a haircut, what is cut can not be uncut.
Because of the nature of our business, we can not accept returns or exchanges on cut fabrics and cut notions. However, exceptions may apply on a case-by-case basis so it doesn't hurt to ask.
Non-cut items, such as packaged notions, threads, etc CAN be returned/exchanged/refunded as long as they have not been opened and used.
Specially requested/ordered products are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.
We always double check every order before we ship it (first before we cut it, second as we pack it) but we are human and may miss something.
