If your order is valued over $100, though not required, we recommend you add additional liability coverage to your order (especially if you live in a remote location). Cost to add additional coverage, regardless of shipping provider is:

$3.50 for every additional $100 of liability coverage

Every order we ship automatically includes Liability Coverage against loss or damage for the FIRST $100. This applies to all shipping options from all our Shipping Providers (excluding Canada Post Lettermail)

What happens if my order is lost or damaged?

All packages we ship include Liability Coverage against loss or damage of up to $100. In the event your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and we will be able to file a claim with the appropriate Shipping Provider. It is recommended that if your order is over $100 in value you purchase additional liability coverage.

Please note, Overseas Fabrics is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once sent out for delivery via the Shipping Providers. But this doesn't mean we'll leave you hanging. Once you've made us aware of the situation, we will do everything in our power to resolve your situation as fast as possible!
